Tasting notes
COLOR: Bluish-red with black hues.
AROMA: Complex, dominated by aromas of ripe red fruits. There are also notes of spices, tobacco and smoke.
FLAVOR: Elegant in the mouth with rounded tannins. It has good structure and smoothness.

It is great for dishes made of red and white meats as well as different kinds of pasta and most cheeses and charcuterie.
