Lagarde

The Lagarde wines is our collection of our one hundred percent varietals wines. This range includes the following wines: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Syrah, Viognier, Chardonnay and a rosé wine made from Malbec and Pinot Noir. In 2020, we incorporated a Red Blend to the range for the first time. Raised for 8 to 12 months in oak, these red wines reach a delicate balance between fruit and a sophisticated palate.

100% Moscato.

Vineyard

Agrelo and Perdriel, Luján de Cuyo - Mendoza.

Vineyard Structure/Yield

High vine training. Drip irrigation. Cordon pruning with spurs. Average yield: 90-100 q/ha.

Fermentation process

Traditional under low temperature with previous pressing. In stainless steel tanks, with selected yeast, and controlled temperature under 17°C. Without Malolactic fermentation.

Aging

No contacto with wood.

Storage in bottle

Up to five years since the harvest.

Tasting notes

COLOR: yellow with golden hues.

AROMA: intense aroma of fresh grapes, flowers and some citrus notes. It has an elegant terpene tipicity.

FLAVOR: fresh with very good acidity. The most interesting thing is the texture that gives it a lot of tension, an almost tannic sensation that persists in the mouth.

Ideal to pair woth fresh salads, cheese and dried fruit tables and pasta
dishes.
