Lagarde

The Lagarde wines is our collection of our one hundred percent varietals wines. This range includes the following wines: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Syrah, Viognier, Chardonnay and a rosé wine made from Malbec and Pinot Noir. In 2020, we incorporated a Red Blend to the range for the first time. Raised for 8 to 12 months in oak, these red wines reach a delicate balance between fruit and a sophisticated palate.

Vineyard Structure/Yield

Espaldero bajo. Riego superficial. Poda pitón y cargador. Alta densidad de plantación.

Fermentation process

Se fermenta el Semillón como blanco tradicional, a baja temperatura, después de un desborre previo. El malbec se macera por cerca de 24 horas junto con sus pieles.

Aging

Sin contacto con madera.

up to 3 years from the year of harvest.

Tasting notes

COLOR: Pale golden pink color

AROMA: with aromas of apple slices, currant and citrus notes. Some wild herbs as well.

FLAVOR: Super clean and bright with a concentrated character. Full-bodied with bright acidity and a long spicy finish. From organically grown grapes

Pairing Suggestion

A good appetizer to start lunches or to pair with entrées made with green leaves or seafood. Its freshness and persistent finish, also make it a good companion to Spanish tapas, ceviche or seafood casseroles. Ideal for well-seasoned dishes, typical of the Oriental cuisine.
